We are a small company committed to excellence.  We are limited as to how many orders we can accept on a particular Day.  Once you decide that you would like to place an order send in your deposit to secure the date.  $50 deposit payable at time of order, non-refundable. Balance payable by check or credit card 10 days prior to pick up.  We offer a $25 discount for 1 block carvings ordered more than 10 days prior to the date of the party.

It is the responsibility of the customer; to insure a proper container is available to collect the water from the drip pan throughout the entire event , and have a level - sturdy table ready for ice sculptures 1 1/2 hours before the event. Sculptures should not be set up in direct sunlight as this can cause honeycombing and cracking.
