Wedding luge

We typically setup the sculptures about one hour prior to your guests arriving. You will need 2 feet x 2 feet of table space to accommodate most ice sculptures. The basic shape of the ice sculpture will last 5-7 hours at 70 degrees F depending on the design.

You will need to make certain that the following are at the hall; A table (clothed and skirted), a bucket (for the drip pan to drain into), and an electrical outlet by the table (to plug the light into).

Pre chill your alcohol.  Going down the luge only chills the liquid slightly.

Do not pour anything through the luge until it has begun to melt all over.  (45 minutes usually)
